The Worldwide Occupy call for a General Strike on May 1st was endorsed by the Occupy Sydney General Assembly. The General Strike Working Group (see Facebook Group for details) is co-ordinating actions. Pending endorsement, this action will proceed as an autonomous action by Occupy Sydney participants and supporters in opposition to High Fare low quality services from the Transport NSW public transport services in Sydney. Our targets are City Rail, Sydney Transport, Sydney Ferries, State Transit.
