Protect Arnhem Land from Paltar Petroleum Sydney Rally Fri July 19 2013

Occupy Sydney fully support Aboriginal elders opposing the imposition of short term extractors rights over long term maintenance of ecological balance in this most fragile of ecosystems. 

Come and support the Traditional Owners of Arnhem Land in their efforts to raise awareness of the threat to Arnhem Land from oil and gas exploration.

Five traditional owners are traveling from Maningrida, NT to Sydney to hold a public event in Martin Place outside the offices of Paltar Petroleum at midday on Friday 19 July.
