The War waged by City of Sydney Council against Sydney's Homeless Community has been defended at some personal cost by Occupiers and the Homeless Community. 
- One occupier has required hospitalisation as freezing cold temperatures bite and Council has stolen vital protective wear, blankets and shelter equipment.
- Several other Occupiers have become ill due to lack of blankets caused by Council thefts.

- While Lord Mayor Clover Moore and her bevy of Poverty Industry exploiters sleep in luxury and City of Sydney Homelessness Unit staff cower in their Office, Occupiers continue to be the front line where homeless people can access essentials 24 hours a day.
Occupy Sydney do NOT wish to enter into dialog with City of Sydney. We are too busy feeding and catering to the needs of Sydneys Homeless Community as articulated by that Community. Occupy Sydney are too busy working on meaningful strategies to PREVENT MORE PEOPLE becoming HOMELESS. Occupy Sydney are too busy working to END HOMELESSNESS. These are things that Local State and Federal Government DO NOT DO because to do so would end their role (and they don't want that)/. It would also dry up the rivers of gold flowing to their unelected allied organisations.
You are free to make whatever demands you choose and take whatever action you choose in support of Sydney's Homeless Community and Occupy Sydney's 24-7 Homeless Hungry and Cold Peoples Resource. We thank you for doing so. We are too busy organising supply chain to support our Sydney Homeless Community according to their stated needs
